ABOUT ME

I help agriculture companies navigate growth and the messy challenges that come with it.

Over the past 20+ years, I've worked across traditional agriculture and agtech in roles spanning marketing, product management, commercial strategy, business development, and leadership. Today, I work with founders and leadership teams on a fractional and project basis to help solve complex growth challenges and move important initiatives forward.

I grew up on a commercial seed farm in Canada, where I developed a practical approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic that still shapes how I work today.

I do my best work helping businesses cut through complexity, bring structure to messy situations, and turn ideas into practical action. I believe growth should be intentional, marketing should have a strategic role within organizations, and businesses perform best when teams are aligned around a clear direction.

I work closely with a small number of clients at a time because I care deeply about the work I do and the people I work with. My goal is simple: to become a trusted member of your team and help move important things forward.

Today, I live in Winnipeg with my husband and children. Outside of work, I enjoy singing with Ecco Singers, weekends at the lake, cheering on my kids from the sidelines, or supporting organizations and initiatives that strengthen both my local and agricultural communities.
